You are buying the products for the purposes of a business, and therefore the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply to the supply of goods to you by Southern Technology Ltd. To the extent permitted by law, Southern Technology Ltd is not liable for any loss of profits, or consequential, indirect, or special damage, loss, or injury which you incur. Our liability in all other circumstances is excluded or limited in the way described in the Terms and Conditions. Southern Technology Ltd will retain ownership of the products until you have paid for them in full. We have the right to register a security interest via a financing statement on the Personal Property Securities Register to protect our interests. If payment is not made by the due date for payment specified, you shall pay interest on the outstanding balance at 2% per month from the due date for payment to the date on which the amount is paid. Additionally, details of the account may be referred to a credit reference agency, and you will be liable for all recovery costs incurred.
